Wee Yang left his job in accounting and sales to start his career in the F&B industry. He seeks to bring a more international mix into the local hawker scene to target the millennial generation. Currently, he serves mainly crispy prawn paste chicken wings.

A third-generation hawker and a recent graduate, Anthea wants to take her grandmother’s business to greater heights. Her signature dishes are shredded chicken noodles and laksa.

TIGER STREET FOOD FESTIVAL
On 22.9.2017, we held our inaugural Tiger Street Food Festival, featuring the hawkers of the Tiger Street Food Fund 2017. As part of our efforts to support the hawker trade, over $72,000 was raised for the next wave of hawkers. We hope you enjoyed the food, beer, and performances and we look forward to seeing you at the next Tiger Street Food Festival!
